Hi everyone! Happy Monday 🥳 I’ve got a confession: I’ve not properly exercised for weeks (many of them), but I’ve decided that today is as good as any! Starting with gentle yoga, playing with resistance bands 💪 time to shed the lockdown bod 🙈

I try to workout ever other day sometimes 2-3 days. I do 5-7mins of jogging (I have delicate knees 🤦‍♀️) and then a 15 mins butt&leg, 10 mins upper body and a 10 min waist trainer...I use Pamela Reif on YouTube, she is a machine! Also walk for 1-2 hours 3-5 days a week pushing a fairly heavy buggy and child lol!1400 cals...I try to keep the carbs down.

I wonder if swimming would be good for your knees? When the pools are open 😅 or we are all allowed to travel again lol

Oh I'm so pleased they interest you...I'm building my stamina and strength and have only been working out seriously for about a year and a half. But this girl makes me sweat...lol and I feel awesome the next day. Yes always loved swimming but don't get much time to go with little one at the mo! Thanks tho 😊

Thankyou 🥰...after my baby I knew I had to be my fittest, strongest and healthiest....my spirit has become lioness-like! Lol!
