Yay 😊 after past week I was a bit dubious this week about stepping on the scales but there it is x
58.2 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Fantastic....sometimes those scales surprise us don't they. Must be more aware of what you're eating without thinking about it!

I've got to admit it has been a learning curve being more aware of what I am now eating but I do have a lot more energy than I used to 😊
