2.25 Miles today and 10 Minutes on the Rowing Machine.
I'm starving, but hoping some water, decaf tea and a string cheese and some baby carrots will tide me over until dinner in about 3 hours.
Can't wait to weigh in Wednesday...despite my horrible food intake this past weekend, I have a good feeling about it! :)
