well today i did not do to good at my meal choice been up all night with my grandaughter. She is only a month old and would not sleep and my son and his wife really needed a break so I took her. So I had to drop my son off and all i wanted was some thing to eat fast so i could come back home and sleep until she wakes again. I should have just came home. but i will watch the rest of my points today I can and well do this.......
