Olive Garden. Dinner. Lasagna Fritta ate about 1/3 but counted 1/2 of it. Carbs/protein/fat did not adjust only the calorie intake did. I DO NOT feel bad about what I ate tonight because I know I DID NOT over eat. ***************************************************************************** Weighing in tomorrow.

I always over calculate my calories, and under calculate my exercise, that way I'm never disappointed, and usually surprised by how well I'm doing. :)

Oh Olive Garden....yeah the bread. I got a new dimple on my rear just from smelling it. BUT I DIDN'T IT ANY!!!!! WooHoo
