今天大約是禁食14小時之後量的,因為等等要出門去咖啡祝植物園所以先量體重,脂肪多了400公克,昨天雖然有走5公里,大約9000多步,不過吃了泡菜湯餃吃了小籠包,今天回去吃麵包,可能會在重一些吧
