First 10lbs came off (relatively) easy. Now, seems like I'm stuck in the lower half of the 180's. Would really like to break into 170's by my 50th, which is next week. Going to add some more spinning to my routine, and maybe an IF day or two.
84.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can do this, Brother! Add spinning and try to stay to fresh foods as much as possible....packaged foods contain chemicals (like the creamer you're using) that will make the body store them in fat cells. It makes it harder to lose weight. (I'm a clinical nutritionist and work with people who are ill.) PUSH THROUGH, you'll be so happy you did!!!! - Rooting for you!
