Disappointed 😩 followed my diet plan with not much movement this week. I guess at least it didn't go the other waym
59.0 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It can be either a bad week or that it as a sign to make a change to your plan. Maybe reduce carbs ?

I do eat carbs with most evening meals, I may try going a few evenings without the rice / sweet potato and filling up on salad or veggies instead, thanks ☺️

One good way is to adjust your macros on the app. Lower the carbs and increase the protein intake. Keep your calories tho
