Hi all and thanks for the lovely comments! I eat high protein, low sugar, low fat. Under dietician support. Very small portions so really important for me to get protein and correct nutrients in. I have to take daily supplements of vit d, calcium, vit b and multi vitamins and have regular blood tests to check on levels and for malabsorption issues etc. Defo not the easy route lol
