Well I am now 3 days into week 5, I have been reading all the info on ketosis, and that it is not a good indicator to use ketone sticks. Since my curiosity got the best of me I bought some today and found that I was only putting out small amts of ketones. That was a major disappointment, especially since I have stuck with the plan pretty close to 100% everyday,so after a lot more research on here and the Carb Smart site I have decided to try a 3 day Fat Fast. I got some great recipe ideas from the Carb Smart site and will start tomorrow. Yes I am losing, but I want to see how much better I can do with my body working in full ketosis.
