well I have gained a little but considering the food Ive been eating when I had my bad days Im not that worried, I guess the tredmill has paid off. I am totally commited to the rules now so I am looking forward to loosing more. Only 2 months before the wedding and I would like to loose another 10kgs Im gonna have to work hard at it but I am confident I can do it.
