so on this journey for new life insurance, I've decided to start on an anti inflammatory diet as well as lose some weight. I wake up with swollen achy hands, my feet hurt (due to bone spurs) and I don't like it. I'm going to take baby steps with this program as well. it's difficult to just cut out everything, so I'm allowing a flub up or two daily. I refuse to kick myself for enjoying life. I deserve the best!
