For the first time it's quite good 😀 I find vinegar helping to keep the "structure" of the egg in the boiling water. Also keeping the egg in a parcel in cling film helps the egg stability. Either way an ugly egg (sometimes mine is 😂) is still an egg.. but also an excuse to make a prettier egg as that didn't count for me 🤣

I love poached eggs. I break the egg into a saucer and use tissues to soak up the watery stuff around the egg. Then just slide into simmering water x
