Hello and welcome to the world of madness. I absolutely agree with you about diet, there is no such thing as a diet (my opinion only). I am a firm believer in changing life on a permanent basis and eating healthy food. (hold on I am off to McDonalds Back soon) lol Thank you for taking me on as a buddy a decision I hope you don't live to regret as I am absolutely crazy with a really bad sense of humour. I treat life as a joke and try to see humour in everything so watch out dear. I offer only support to my Buddies as I am no expert in anything at all (well,...perhaps one thing....lol) so support you have advice is not on the menu. I look forward to seeing progress with your weight loss over the next few months.
