Been a juggling 3 days. I was late due on and I was reading online that sudden weight loss and calorie restricted diets tend to make you late. So been steady on the scale or fluctuating up and down since. I’ve kept eating well and kept exercising so I hope this isn’t a fluke.

It would be great if there was an expert who could tell us the link between periods and diets. There's definitely a link, but I'm the last to know what works and doesn't for a "good" 🙃 period

Yeah that would be a great thing but for someone that never had a regular period in her life I'm not sure what triggers any changes in mine. Mostly stress I believe... Irregularity runs in the family so nothing I can do about. I also refuse to take drugs to control it. There's some regularity in the chaos that mines are I guess 😏

Yeah I’m usually SO regular, hence why I was stressed as to being late. Which in retrospect probably made it worse 😂 Anyway can’t wait for it to be over now and wish it had never happened 😭😅

Yeah for me when it's late (I mean like almost a month or STH) next one comes on strong (and painful) to compensate for the previous one. I really hate my body sometimes😂
