This chicken marinade was really good! Would be even better on bbq. I did this in the ninja foodi.
Marinated chicken thighs
1/2 what ever chilli pepper I had here cut finely
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. fish sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce (kikoman)
Pepper.
6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs could probably add a couple more.
Mixed in a bowl. Add chicken and flip around until all covered in marinade. Let sit 30 mins. Flip chicken pieces around a few times over 30 mins. Cook to 165 internal temp.
Garnish with some sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
