Had a good day today. Worked out for an hour and went shopping and still have energy!! I weighed myself and am 2 lbs lighter than I thought I was when I joined - But I'm not going to record it yet - I'll wait until next week. I feel so much better already - 3 weeks in and I've lost 14 pounds. I am comfortably into my next smallest size of jeans - woo hoo!!
