OK! Yesterday was a good day with barely 30 g carbs. Craving wine and sugar and pasta at the end of a stressful week but instead I rearranged my furniture and made my own ginger ale with my Soda stream machine: 750 ml water, 1 packet of stevia instead of sugar and a teaspoon of ginger powder, Also got 9 hours of sleep, that's a breakthrough for me. One tiny Melatonin tablet before bed works wonders! Good Day and Good night!
