Bugün sporu abartmış olabilirim.Sabah 45 dk yürüyüş üstüne 15 dk chleo ting,akşam 30 dk spin bike ,30 dk koşu bandı,35 dk hııt,25 dk chloe ting.
Toplamda 3 saat spor yapmışım.
