aq tadi cek di google karna baru mau balajar ... BMR aq 1466.5 trus kebutuhan kalori 1759.8 ... aq mau nurunin BB kira2 tiap harinya aq harus kurangi brapa kalori biar bisa turun BB nya... makasih semuanya....
