Wasnt feeling super good yesterday but that didnt stop me from hitting my calories. Way down on the protein though. I broke down and bought a new tape measure (finally) so Im giving myself grace this week and starting my next 6 weeks on Sunday. That doesnt mean Im going to eat like an ahole though. Im still logging, still trying to hit my targets. But Im also having pizza tonight! Theres a local place that opened during lockdown but they just got an actual building. Their business model kinda sucks so its really hard to order before they sell out, but I got in on Sunday and I get to pick it up tonight. It better be amazing since Ive been waiting days for it!!
I havent been to the gym this week at all- not even virtually. We went for a walk the other day, but it was short and we didnt do it at all yesterday. I have an event at work at 3, and Ive been slacking a little this morning so I need to really focus and get some work done before. I feel like Im not balancing things well right now. I guess I need to get my planner out and start using it to keep myself on track.
