I tried the keto thing out and it just wasn’t my thing. So I did some digging and decided to just go back to how I was cooking before. Really all I need to do is cut all my junk food out, added sugars and really watch my saturated fats. (I have high cholesterol) there really wasn’t anything wrong with the way I was eating besides that and not eating enough. If there’s one thing that keto trial showed me was that I don’t eat enough calories and how good my body feels when I am eating properly.

Hi, I actually just got the call last week my Cholesterol was high,and, I'm coming off Keto. I will add though I was on serious Keto a few years ago and went from 300lbs to 195lbs,so it definitely worked for me but like most of us, we get complacent and life happens then I went from mixing in junk food to probably all junk food. It feels weird eating carbs, but I've been trying to do Calories in and Calories out, seems to work but I'm just getting started.
