This thing says I need to consume 2000+ calories a day to loose weight- my a**!!!!! I am going to stick to my PT's guidelines of a weekly average of ~1400 cal a day.

lol thats what mine said too... u can change the ammount they give u to what u want it to b at... :) mines at 1400 too
