@Thilesha, thank you. At one point I shed a tear for real and I am sure they could hear me trying to catch my breathe next door😂..I think one of the best things exercise has done for me is help me laugh at myself more...I'm hilarious 😂(now this sounds like I'm full of myself but I'm just really a big goofball).
