usual breakfast
cake and bagel from office function for lunch
lunchtime walk - 40 minutes - 2.5 miles
dinner - a little pasta and sauce a lot of salad a little bread
a small glass fo skim milk
an after dinner walk - 45 minutes 2.3 miles
