50 years old... mum of three. Four cats and a beagle. Overweight all my life. Fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, herniated discs, asthma... this is going to be my best year yet. 5 stone down from my heaviest.. some way to go still but my head is in the best place i can remember. I feel proud of myself for the first time in my life xx
