Back from holiday - slight gain! But I really enjoyed it. Had birthday brownies, lots of braais and a couple of padstal pies. I shared a pizza with hubby too. We were super active - did a lot of hiking and walking. I ate “naughty” food, but tried to be conscious of portion sizes. Overall, I’m happy with this result after a week of holiday. ❤️❤️❤️
