I am simply LOVING my BodyBugg. It is the best thing Man (or Woman) has created. I am finding that I burn 1000 more cals a day just by doing 1hr and 30 min of exercise a day. and I've been eating approx 1900 cal and burn a total of 3000 plus when I exercise. I love playing number games (suduko is my absolute fav) So playing numbers with calories and trying to make sure I eat at least 1000 less than I burn is working and I can SEE it in black and white. And I can FEEL it.
I FEEL Awesome! I am Awesome! Thank You God for giving me strenght to realize that exercise isn't work anymore, it is fun. I look forward to exercising instead of dreading it now. =)
