-pisang 1 buah (103gr) -telur 1 -oat 30gr -1 sdt baking powder -35 ml susu lowfat (boleh ganti air) -bubuk cinnamon sesuai selera -keju quick melt & meses sesuai selera Cara buatnya - hancurin pisang - campur bahan2 sisanya sampe merata - masukin dalem loyang/wadah dialasin kertas roti atau oles mentega -taburin keju terus kukus sekitar 10-15 menit baru taburin mesesnya deh
