My man is losing weight by cutting down on the amount of food. I’m actually eating 3x’s as much as I use to and am not gaining or losing. I initially lost 3lbs and a few ounces but I believe that was due to me not eating sugar and crappy carbs. Now my body is excited that it’s getting the proper amount of food for how much it moves. That’s why I’m not losing or gaining. Once my body gets use to eating 3 meals and a snack, I’m sure I’ll start losing more weight once I adjust my calorie intake again.
