Taking a look at my food entries and paying closer attention to my veggie net carbs, overall net carbs and water consumption. Hopefully this will make the scale move a bit quicker. I don't feel like I have done very well overall since starting this change, I was paying to much attention to overall carbs and not to my 12-15 net catbs from veggies. Made some human mistakes in calculations on my cooking and carb content. I bought a digital scale and this seems to be helping me. I am not feeling discouraged, just taking another look at my food journal and making changes accordingly.
