1st class guest, here is the recipe, it's very easy:
Glass cake tray, Ø24 cm.
CAKE BASE:
50 gr oatmeal
70 gr plain flour
100 gr grated carrots
100 gr margarine
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
ONION FILLING:
4 medium onions (approx. 400 gr)
1 tbsp butter
200 ml milk
2 eggs
½ tsp salt, a bit of pepper
1 tbsp of chopped dill.
Mix the flour with baking powder and then combine all the ingredients. Spread the dough on the bottom and sides of the glass baking tray. Place in the refrigerator for half an hour. At this time, cut the onion into half wheels and fry on the pan with butter until golden brown. Add salt, pepper and dill. Remove the cake base from the refrigerator and place in a preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes at
200°C. Beat eggs, add milk and salt. Take the cake base out from the oven, cover with the onion and pour over the egg-milk mixture. Put back in the oven and bake at 180°C for another 20 minutes. Bon Appetit! 🥰🥮
