Been so busy working for the Cavalia show I haven't had time to think. But, weight is down, and I'm managing my period cravings. I had a buttload of guacamole instead of a cookie, and my enchiladas instead of bread.
Paleo Bread tastes awful. I swear there is a ton of stevia in it, I can taste some alternative sweetener but its not on the label.
