Another 3.15 today. Was planning on just doing 2 - 2.5 today, but just couldn't get myself off the treadmill without seeing that 3 mile mark. I did get in 5 short minutes in of yoga moves before having to leave the gym. My knees are sore, but I'm pushing through it. Crossing my fingers for a good weigh in tomorrow!!!! I need it!! HAVE A GOOD DAY EVERYONE!!
