Well I did very well yesterday with my new way of eating. I still feel very focused.

When I entered my dinner last night, I made a mistake and entered the incorrect taco salad amt and I don't know how to change the amt. The amt should have been 10 carbs not 25.

Hi Heyhon, glad you joined our forum. Atkins isn't like other diets, it takes a while to get to understand it. During this time, please lean on your friends for help. Remember don't go into starvation mode, you should be on 1500 to 2000 cals a day depending on your height. There is a calculation somewhere, if you need it, I'll do a search for you. Keep in there, it's a learning curve and if you make a game of entering your food and getting the percentages right, you'll soon become addicted to this way of life. Take care.

Ditto Jen, you actually get to eat and still lose weight, I eat 2100 calories a day, just check my diet calander. I usually enter each item individually, or if it is something I will make over and over, like my taco salad, I put it in my cookbook but dont submit for approval. It will show as pending then you can edit it if you change ingredients, and add it to you diet calander directly from there :)
