I found an eating trigger! Feeling positive because it's so productive to stop it! When I'm disorganized with the day itself I'm disorganized with my eating. If plans change I eat more usually. Aah it's nice to know that I can stop it and hopefully stop the mindless eating. Unfortunately the reason I found this out is because I did it today. I've got riding tomorrow and I've got to walk to and from fallowfield to get a lift there and back. Hopefully this might counteract some of the eating. Counting down the days until my mum comes! Excited! Ooh and I had strength and conditioning for the first time today. I'm really good at squats and lunges apparently but my one legged squats are utterly awful :P Tomorrow will be a better day I'm sure of it!
