8 mile walk before my usual breakfast
some apple and left over bread for lunch
home cooked dinner - a little brown rice, whole wheat bread, roasted vegetables - cauliflower, turnip, red onion,mushroom
a little baked salmon and kidney beans curry
5 oz skim milk
