The cut is now officially over! I awoke last night thinking about food and giggling. To me, that's an indicator that it is about to reach obsession proportions. (Man! That was a good dance. I should have taken a video.) Feeling awesome, but it's time for my first ever bulk. I'll get photos up in before and after once the carbs plump up what I have for muscle. The abs aren't quite as good as I had hoped. My 10% bf may be off a bit, but I'm ecstatic! Now I'm off to change my goal weight to 180, and try to gain some muscle. But first... Breakfast! WITH REAL FOOD!!! (Of course fatsecret won't take my photo showing my final scale weight. (sigh)

Wow, man, you did it. That's huge, and it didn't even take you two weeks. You deserve a big CONGRATS! for that. Hope you have a big closet to hold the many clothes needed to fit your span of body weights in the near future!

Mmm. Espresso, apple, grapefruit, egg, cheese, ham, rye toast, and some real butter. I think I'm going to cry. :)

Oh boo hoo. :~) One of the reasons I want to get the rest of it off is so I can eat fruit this summer. Gave it last year, but not this year. Live surrounded by orchards.

Going to mail me some fresh ones? It's right around freezing here. Strawb would be good, but I'm a raspberry freak. :)
