Well another day done! Got some good feedback from some other members on the Atkins site, and some good info. Dug out the original Atkins book and I will be doing some tweaking to my meal plan. Really would like some better results as I have a wedding to go to in early April, and will be seeing some old friends. Stay with it this will happen!
