Thanks to all who supported me everyday, idk what happened I just randomly gain 300gram. I’m feeling low today but I know I got this. 💪🏼💪🏼
61.9 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I find my food choices really affect my emotions.

Thank you all today I was more careful with my diet. And ate as much protein as I can.

we cannot go with our emotions . you have to fight this!! find something that makes you happy, is this music, reading a book, going fir a walk? when u have this funk remediate it right away . also a good night sleep helps . I take magnesium pill before I go to bed . I also pray.
