havent weighed in for the longest time. weight is still around there. when i eat too much it shoots to 44.2kg, so i'll balance up by eating healthier/lesser the next day and i'll go back to slightly past 43kg.
im sorry for giving TMI, but i have missed my period for 3 months now. i'm scared. 99% sure it's not pregnancy, but i suspect it has sth to do with this diet/weight fluctuation.
the strange thing is i've been to 42kg before in the past and even then my period had been normal. i dunno whats happening.
will probably go for a medical checkup soon. sigh.
