found fatsecret by accident and registered. looks great. today i have a cold and don't feel energetic enough for exercise which is a shame because i know i can't lose weight without burning calories, but i'm eating light - cereal and milk and fruit, a couple of ounces of oj for breakfast, a couple of cough drops for snack, lunch was a small homemade muffin and an apple, drank some green tea and coffee. Dinner - mushroom soup from a can (110 cal) a small slice of pizza, salad, one little chicken wing, licked the icecream spoon after i served dessert - minimal activity today - this has to stop
