I was doing atkins for a while and now I have quite a few medical issues. I am going to start a low fat, whole grain diet. Eating 1,200-1,500 calories while doing focus T-25. I have no time to work out and I miss it. I know I can do his videos. It will be rough getting up earlier but if I don't do it in the morning I will talk myself out of doing it later in the day.
