okay so up date on T25!I just finished alpha phase and am super pleased with the results. From the beginning of alpha to the end of alpha I lost 14.6 pound which is just awesome.I've gone down a size Which is also a great feeling. Not to mention although the workouts are hard I enjoyed doing them. especially with my workout buddy. I highly recommend if at all possible you find a friend to workout with it really helps you stay on track. Not to mention if you are a little competitive it helps you push yourself harder during workout. ;)
