We went out to a fancy dinner at the Sea Grill for valentines. We didn't skimp on anything. we had salad bread, grilled veggie appetizer and drinks. The menu was mostly healthy things, but there was an abundance of things. I gained over a lb. I will make up for it this week!

Yeah. Today I went to GNC and got their new lean shakes. It was banana cream flavor, I really like their shakes because they are good for getting me back on track. They have 25grams of protein and only 2grams of sugar.
