Aku masih makan yang ditumis minyak nya 2 sdm aja
Aku rinci ya
Pagi makan jam 9 oat 4sdm sm madu sama 1 bakwan🤣
Siang jam setengah 1 atau jam 1 makan nasi 1 centong saja ikan goreng sama sayur bayam
Sore nyemil pepaya
Malam jam 7 makan lg sprt siang
Minum 3 liter wajib
Workou senin smp jumat 30 menit
