New low!! Interesting day considering I did run (C210K Week 5 Day 3) but had three pieces of pepperoni pizza and bunch of M&Ms for dinner. If I lost a pound every day like yesterday - that would be awesome, but I know better.
106.1 kg Lost so far: 20.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
