Walked 9,440 and worked out in the gym this evening. I warmed up on the stationary bike and then walked 3.5 and 4.0 on the treadmill. I couldn't get an accurate reading for my heart rate when I held the bars because it didn't get any higher than 62. Yesterday's reading got up to 159 so I'll need to check the settings tomorrow.
