Well here we go, another day to continue my quest for good health and better mobility. Tonight will be my first real challenge, hubby is taking me, my sister and her hubby out for dinner to celebrate Valentines day and their anniversary. I already know which restaurant we are going to and have checked the menu online and am preparing my day and my meals accordingly. Can't say it will be easy especially because I still have 4 more days left to finish up my first 2 weeks on induction. Even though I plan to stay on induction as long as possible because of how much weight I have to go. It is definatly going to be challenging but hopefully I can conquer my horrible lack of will power and be successful tonight. You can do this!
