So here I am, with all the other overweight/obese people... I don't have a lot to say except I have struggled with weight all my life. Losing weight makes me emotional and is somewhat hard to cope with. I'm basically doing it all on my own though. No trainer, no special diet, no diet pills. Just hard work and dedication. So as of right now, I have no clue how much I weigh because I don't have a scale yet. I'm guessing around 230-240? That is next on my list of things to purchase.
